Pawn loans in Soddy Daisy

Fast, Fair Pawn Loans

Cash in about fifteen minutes on things you already own. No credit check, no collections, and Tennessee law sets the rate for everyone — we just write it down where you can read it.

How a pawn loan works

Bring your item and a valid photo ID

You must be 18 or older. Jewelry, firearms, tools, electronics, musical instruments, outdoor gear, collectibles — if it has value, bring it in. Bring chargers, cases, and accessories; complete items are worth more.

We inspect, test, and make an offer

Gold is tested in front of you and priced off that day's spot. Electronics get powered up. Firearms get checked function and serial. The offer is based on the item — not your credit, not your job, not your bank.

Cash in hand, ticket in pocket

Your pawn ticket lists the loan amount, the exact charges, the due date, and what happens next. Your item is tagged, logged, and stored securely until you come back for it.

Redeem, renew, or walk away

Pay the loan plus charges any time within 30 days — plus Tennessee's 30-day grace period — and take your item home. Only need more time? Pay just the charges to renew for another 30 days. Decide you don't want it back? Nothing happens: no calls, no collections, no credit report. The item simply becomes ours.

What you can pawn

  • Jewelry & precious metals — gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, watches (see Jewelry & Gold)
  • Firearms — handguns, rifles, shotguns (a Tennessee background check is required when you redeem a firearm — details)
  • Tools — cordless kits, saws, compressors, welders, mechanics' sets
  • Electronics — phones, laptops, tablets, TVs, game consoles
  • Musical instruments — guitars, amps, band instruments, pro audio
  • Outdoor & sporting — bows, optics, fishing gear, coolers, e-bikes
  • Collectibles — coins, bullion, vintage and unusual items — ask

We can't take anything stolen, recalled, or that you don't have the right to pledge. Tennessee law requires us to record every transaction and report it to local law enforcement — that protects you and us.

Pawn loan questions

Do you check my credit?

No. A pawn loan is secured by the item, so your credit score never enters into it and a pawn loan never shows up on your credit report — paid or not.

What does a pawn loan cost in Tennessee?

Tennessee law allows licensed pawnbrokers 2% interest plus a 20% service fee per 30-day period, and every licensed shop in the state works under the same ceiling. On a $100 loan that's $22 for the first 30 days. Your ticket shows the exact dollar amounts.

What if I can't pay it back in time?

You have 30 days plus a 30-day grace period. You can also renew by paying only the accrued charges. If you never come back, you forfeit the item and owe nothing further — there is no collections process and no credit hit.

Can I get my item back early?

Yes — any time during business hours. Pay the loan plus the charges accrued so far and it's yours.

Is my stuff safe here?

Yes. Pledged items are tagged, logged, and locked up separately from the sales floor. Firearms are stored in a secure area. Your item is never put out for sale while your loan is active.

How much can I borrow?

It depends on the item's resale value and condition. Bring everything that goes with it (cases, chargers, papers) — it usually raises the offer.
