See something you want? Put 10% down and it's held for you. Pay it off over time with no interest and no fees — the way layaway is supposed to work.
How our layaway works
Put 10% down
Ten percent of the price (minimum $10) holds the item. It comes off the sales floor the moment you sign.
Make a payment every 30 days
Each payment is at least 15% of the price. Pay more or pay early whenever you like — there's no penalty for finishing fast.
Pay it off, take it home
You get up to six months depending on the price. Your agreement lists every due date and amount up front, and every payment gets a receipt showing your new balance.
Example
A $300 item: $30 down today, then payments of at least $45 every 30 days until it's paid. Pay it off sooner and you're done sooner. No interest. No fees.
The fine print — in plain English
- No interest and no fees on a layaway you finish. The price you agree to is the price you pay.
- Your item is held off the floor from the first payment to the last.
- If you cancel or stop paying, a restocking fee of 33% of the item's pre-tax price is kept and the rest of what you've paid is refunded — in cash or as store credit, your choice. If what you've paid is less than the fee, you owe nothing further.
- Firearms on layaway work the same way, with one addition: at the final payment you complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the Tennessee background check before the firearm is released. If the check is denied, the layaway is cancelled with the restocking fee waived and everything you paid is refunded.
- Due dates that land on a day we're closed roll to the next business day.
