Jewelry questions
Do I need paperwork or a receipt to sell jewelry?
No — just a valid photo ID (18+). Appraisals or certificates for diamonds help us pay you more, so bring them if you have them.
Is broken jewelry worth anything?
Yes. Gold is gold — a broken chain or a single earring is priced by weight and purity like anything else.
Should I sell or pawn my jewelry?
If it has sentimental value, pawn it: you get cash now and up to 60 days to get it back. If you're done with it, selling pays more. We'll show you both numbers.
